Barrack Hill, Portmagee, Co. Kerry, Ireland and its affiliates (“We” or “our”) collect, store, use and process personal data as provided through any digital media (incl. websites, social networks or any online forms utilised for signing up to our events or purchase of our products (collectively “Digital Media”) operated by Portmagee Distilling and Brewing Company Ltd.

The information that we collect on you on our Digital Media or otherwise as noted in this policy is done for limited purposes as follows:

Disclosure of Personal Data to third parties

Portmagee Distilling and Brewing Company Ltd. may be required to share your Personal Data with third parties from time to time, but only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Provider/Agent Support purposes - we may use service providers, agents or contractors to provide support for the internal operations of our Digital Media and to assist us with administering them or the various functions, programs and promotions available on it. In the event of a merger/sale/disposition/acquisition or other such restructuring ofall or part of Portmagee Distilling and Brewing Company Ltd. we would be required to grant access to the information maintained by that Portmagee Distilling and Brewing Company Ltd. business, which could include Personal Data, subject to applicable law to the relevant counterparty in such transaction. Term of Storage

Portmagee Distilling and Brewing Company Ltd will store Personal Data acquired in accordance with this Privacy Policy on its databases as long as your account is active, for the duration of the contract with you or as needed to provide you the services you requested or to answer queries or resolve problems, provide improved and new services. We may also retain your Personal Data in accordance with our internal retention procedure as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
